  • Compensation. We offer a competitive salary range of $200,000 to $240,000 depending on your experience and qualifications. In addition to base salary, you may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses and profit-sharing, rewarding your contributions to our success. Job Description:

ATG is seeking a Deputy Program Manager for System Engineering, Integration, and Test (DPM SEI&T) that will be responsible for leading the technical team through all phases of program execution. The DPM SEI&T will have to engage cross functionally with product management, program management, engineering, business development, customers, vendors and potential vendors, and other customer subcontractors to achieve program technical goals, customer requirements, and company objectives.

An effective DPM SEI&T will ensure best practices are followed, documentation is top-notch, and the technical team is effective and efficient, while maintaining work-life balance. Technologies involved in individual programs will very, but generally include model-based system engineering, system of systems architecture definition, agile and DevSecOps software development, software defined radios, electromagnetic warfare, and open systems architectures (commercial open standards, Open Mission Systems, Sensor Open Systems Architecture, Modular Open Systems Approach, etc).

A successful employee performing this role will work with the Program Manager and other Deputy Program Managers to initiate programs, drive product delivery, and provide support to customer when issues arise. They will use their background in engineering and technology to implement technology strategies and ensure effective software and hardware delivery, resulting in clean products that ATG can be proud of and that accomplish the customer’s mission.

They will perform constant technical risk management, identifying and mitigating technical risks that could impact project success. Lastly, they should be eager to tackle complex issues, unafraid of performing engineering tasks personally, and able to communicate effectively in program reporting and customer interactions.

Work Location: We offer remote work with occasional (25%) travel as required for in-person collaboration and customer site visits.

  • Experience using an integrated design tool (Cameo or Rational Rose, Rhapsody or SYSML)
  • Proficiency in using development tools such as GitLab, Jira, Azure DevOps, M365, etc
  • A B.S. degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) discipline, such as Aerospace, Software or Electrical Engineering, or have attained mastery of STEM field(s) via equivalent work experience

Security Clearance:

Employment is contingent upon your ability to obtain/maintain a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (SCI) clearance. Prior access to Special Access Programs (SAP) is highly preferred.
