Responsibilities:

Building trust with your clients, and a collaborative partnership with all stakeholders
Provide solutions to Workers Compensation and Risk Management obstacles
Improve clients performance with risk mitigation methods
Working in a multi-disciplinary team and sharing your expertise with others
Generate new and expanded business opportunities

Lead the national Client Service team

Day-to-day this might include:

Maintaining daily relationships with clients and their executives on projects
Project managing client deliverables
Bringing colour and technical knowledge to discussions in claims, premiums and policies
Recommend suitable solutions from client analysis activities, including claims, premiums and policy structures

Being a mentor in business development and colleague development

Diverse work to keep it interesting:

Contribute to internal processes and procedures
Support project teams
Debtor management and reporting
Direct or perform research for business development opportunities
Identify and participate in cross-selling opportunities

What you need to have:

Relevant Degree (desirable)
Solid experience in Workers Compensation Advisory or closely related role
Thorough knowledge of Workers Compensation legislation and current market conditions
Current Drivers License
Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Experience in coaching and mentoring of clients and colleagues
