Machine Operator - Milford
We are expanding our team at a leading, world class manufacturer! Immediate full-time openings temp and temp to hire opportunities for Machine Operators.
We seeking reliable, enthusiastic people who want to learn, and take pride in contributing to the production of a great product.
Available Schedules: 7am – 7pm, 12 Hour shift 3-4 days/week, alternating weekends
7pm – 7am, 12 hour shift 3-4 days/week, alternating weekends.
3pm - 11pm, Monday-Friday
11pm - 7am, Monday- Friday
Description:
- Run machine, perform setups, changeovers, adjustments, and troubleshooting.
- Follow all quality procedures and instructions. Perform quality checks and ensure all quality standards are met.
- Notify supervisor of any and all defects and when parts/processes do not confirm to specifications.
- Alert EMTs and mechanics for any emergency repairs or planned maintenance.
- Follow written and verbal work instruction.
- Perform all material handling functions.
- Load and remove parts from machine.
- Communicate verbally and in writing.
- Be able to move materials up to 25lbs.
- Perform repetitive operations following standard methods or direct instructions requiring the use of some
- Be alert to detect and remove defective material.
- Ensure a constant flow of parts along tracks to fixtures.
- Report unusual conditions or faulty operations to proper supervision.
- Be aware of and follow all the Environmental Policy and EH&S work instructions/procedures.
- Perform every job safely, for the benefit of self, co-workers, contractors and for the protection of the facility. This includes the use of required personal protective equipment and use of safety equipment as well as safe work practices.
Pay Details: $17.00 to $17.68 per hour
