Working as an integral part of thePacific Cyber Practice
this position will focus on growing the Cyber portfolio via new business strategies and goals. Reporting to the Cyber Growth Leader, this role will also assist the
Risk Managementsenior brokers in all aspects of client services including client contact, administration and technical support.

We will count on you to:
Demonstrate understanding across key aspects of cyber insurance including large-scale breaches, business interruption, ransomware, and other types of cyberattacks.Have a keen interest in building new relationships to expand the cyber portfolio
Act on growth opportunities, demonstrate a willingness to take on increased responsibilities and display the ability to act independently with limited, yet appropriate, referral to manager.
Be highly organised, with the ability to plan your own workload and prioritise across multiple deliverables
Develop trusted relationships with current clients to ensure the cyber aspects of the program meets their needs and expectations
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, through multiple channels
Work independently and collaboratively to solve complex problems
Coordinate, manage and develop support staff including Marsh Client Operations analysts through clear and effective communication and delegation.
We would like you to have:
Minimum 2 years experience, preferably with cyber and/or information technology insurance/sales background and knowledgeTier 1 FSRA qualification or able to complete within 3 months of commencement of employment with Marsh
Excellent communication style able to effectively associate with various audiences, adapting approach as appropriate
Sales experience and ability to build a portfolio of clients
Sound listening and comprehensive skills
A team player who naturally maintains solid working relationships with colleagues, clients, insurers and other relevant stakeholders
Strong organisational and communication skills
Passion to own and drive your own career, with the support of the Cyber team and Marsh
