Job Description
  • Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities to ensure timely and budget-conscious completion.
  • Schedule and manage subcontractors, materials, and inspections for smooth field operations.
  • Enforce safety standards, conduct site safety meetings, and ensure OSHA compliance.
  • Monitor progress and quality, addressing and resolving on-site issues proactively.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to execute project plans seamlessly.
  • Maintain daily logs, reports, and documentation of on-site activities.
  • Serve as the primary on-site contact for subcontractors, inspectors, and clients.

The Successful Applicant
  • Has at least 5 years of experience as a superintendent in commercial construction.
  • Demonstrates expertise in managing projects in sectors such as office spaces, retail, healthcare, or hospitality.
  • Possesses strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality control practices.
  • Excels in leadership and communication, with the ability to effectively manage teams and subcontractors.
  • Is proficient in construction management software and scheduling tools.
  • Resides in or is willing to relocate to the Tampa, FL area.
