Lead and Inspire as a Residential Services Supervisor!

As the Residential Services Supervisor, you'll oversee and guide a team of dedicated Residential Services Coordinators (RSCs), ensuring they uphold policies, procedures, and the highest standards of care. This leadership role is your chance to create a positive and supportive environment while making a lasting impact on both your team and those they serve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shift Supervision
Provides direction and supervision for facility safety, security, operations, and all residential services coordinators during the assigned shift.
  • Employee Performance and Oversight
Supervises residential services coordinators, including monitoring performance, attendance, work schedules, duty assignments, evaluations, and facility inspections.
  • Environmental Monitoring
Actively engages with individuals served, conducts wellness checks, monitors the environment, and controls ingress and egress points for employees and individuals served.
  • De-escalation and Support
Observes individuals served, providing de-escalation and redirection as needed, prioritizing verbal techniques over physical force whenever possible.
  • Off-Site Oversight

Provides supportive oversight for individuals served during off-site activities such as medical visits and court trips, ensuring safety while interacting with the public.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

  • Required: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

  • Preferred: Prior work experience with psychiatric individuals served or persons with a substance use disorder in a hospital or secure mental health/substance use treatment setting preferred, with a focus on individuals served safety.
  • Preferred: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Licenses:

  • Required: Must meet minimum age requirements as defined by the State certification/licensing authority or contract.
