13 weeks | Days | 8-hour shift | 40 hours with 32 hours guaranteed per week

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION
Experience:
- Rehab Optima Experience Preferred.
- SNF experience preferred
Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registration:
- An active, unrestricted Physical Therapist license from any U.S. State or Territory
COVID-19: Covid test 72 hours before start date with results issued 48 hours before start date
