Accounting Clerk

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Process various types of payments including utilities and cash payments.
• Ensure accuracy in daily cash receipts.
• Reconcile and balance cash drawers and batches regularly.
• Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer and financial records.
• Assist with other tasks as needed, such as filing and administrative duties.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role as an Accounting Clerk or in a related field.
• Proven experience in handling daily cash receipts is mandatory.
• Must have experience collecting payments from clients or customers.
• Proficiency in making cash payments is required.
• Experienced in payment processing, including online and offline modes.
• Exceptional data entry skills, with an emphasis on accuracy and speed.
• Strong customer service skills to handle queries and resolve issues effectively.
