HR Coordinator
The Recruiting Assistant will work on-site at our client's location and build relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. The Recruiting Assistant will listen to understand the quality and volume, screen, interview, and identify qualified candidates to fill positions.
They will act as an on-site extension of the client's HR function and support the Randstad On Site Manager in all aspects of the client workforce including business relationship development, recruitment and selection. Fully Onsite Postion - no option of remote work
salary: $24 - $25 per hourshift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities- Answer phone calls and emails in a busy office
- Support recruitment efforts by placing ads
- Help Support recruitment and hiring efforts by interviewing candidates
- Completion of hiring documentation for candidates
- Help current employees with any HR issues that may arise
