We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to become an integral part of our team based in Clackamas, Oregon. In this role, you will be primarily involved in processing invoices, managing data entry tasks, and providing support for payroll timekeeping.

Responsibilities:

Experience with Check Runs and the ability to manage them efficiently
Demonstrated skills in Coding Invoices, ensuring accurate billing processes
Strong Data Entry abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy
Prior experience in Invoice Processing, with a focus on timeliness and reliability
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas and data analysis tools
Familiarity with QuickBooks software for accounting and bookkeeping purposes
