Position Overview: As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, aiming to revolutionize how they manage healthcare costs. You will focus on reaching out to employers in the Northeast with between 100 and 3,000 employees.Your primary goal is to schedule qualified meetings with decision-makers—CEOs, CFOs, and HR leaders—who are looking for innovative, cost-effective healthcare solutions. This role combines strategic outreach with the opportunity to significantly impact our growth by linking new clients to our transformative solutions.
What You'll Do- Be the first point of contact for potential clients, primarily targeting CEOs, CFOs, and HR leaders in the North East with 100 to 3,000 employees.
- Schedule qualified meetings to discuss innovative, cost-effective healthcare solutions.
- Utilize research, cold calls, emails, and social media to connect with decision-makers.
- Educate prospects on our value proposition and consult to see if our solutions meet their needs.
- Work closely with the CEO to refine lead generation strategies and manage the transition from prospect to qualified lead.
- 2-5 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or lead generation, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Experience targeting C-suite executives.
- Strong skills in communication, sales engagement, and lead management using CRM tools.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Tech-savviness with a command of CRM and sales engagement platforms is a plus.
Pay Range: USD $40,000.00 - USD $80,000.00 /Yr.
