Personal Lines Account Manager (Hybrid)

The Noyle Johnson Group is an independent agency serving Central Vermont and the New England area with three offices located in Montpelier, Danville and Bethel. Our approach to service isn’t simply transactional. This position will be a Hybrid opportunity working out of our locations a couple days a week.
Responsibilities:
As an Account Manager, you will enhance our agency's reputation and revenue by delivering exceptional service and proactively managing multi-policy accounts. Reporting to the Personal Lines Service Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Understand client goals and needs to consistently achieve a minimum 94% client retention rate, aiming for 98%.
- Conduct annual reviews for high value accounts and multi-policy accounts every three years.
- Leverage IT programs and tools to maximize efficiency for yourself and your team.
- Support internal processes and actively participate in meetings to uphold agency standards.
- Ensure thorough and compliant completion of applications, renewals, and endorsements.
- Foster a collaborative environment and be seen as a model of the Alera Group brand values.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS preferred
- Valid Insurance Producer License or obtain within 6 months
- Personal lines account management experience
- In-depth understanding of insurance markets, policies, and products; shares insights with peers
Skills:
- Excellent listening and attention to detail

- Capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines
