General Labor - Green Bay

Overview:

In our General Labor roles, you will be required to perform any combination of receiving, storing and distributing tasks.

Qualifications:

• One year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Some positions require you to obtain a company-sponsored certification in order to perform the role
• Ability to read and interpret documents

Responsibilities:

Tasks performed may include some or all of the following:

• Load trailers
• Load/unload stacks of crates and move items around the floor
• Rotate products daily
• Sort, bundle and fill containers
• Place items in assembled units
• Complete paperwork for incoming and outgoing truckloads
• Mark or put identifying labels on product loads
• Record movement of stock in and out of work areas
• Monitor materials, products and equipment at each step of process and report irregularities to supervisor

As a member of the team, these are important things for you to consider:

• Full-time, part-time and shift work may be available, depending on company needs
• Some jobs may require weekend availability
• You could be working in cold temperatures for long periods of time
• You are required to wear appropriate work and safety gear at all times
• Some roles will require you to lift or move heavy items and/or stand for long periods of time
• You could be responsible for completing all paperwork required for your assigned area
• You must follow all safety policies, procedures, and established company work guidelines
