We are offering an ongoing project-based employment opportunity for a remote Digital Marketing Specialist/Manager. This role will involve managing and implementing various digital marketing strategies, including social media marketing, email marketing, and advertising on platforms like Google and Facebook.

The successful candidate will also be required to use various digital tools and platforms, including content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems, to ensure effective and efficient marketing operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and automation, to effectively communicate with our customer base.
  • Utilize Google Ad Manager and Google Shopping for advertising, ensuring ads are targeted and effective.
  • Implement Facebook advertising campaigns using Facebook Ads Manager and Facebook Insights to monitor performance.
  • Use Google Analytics and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to track and analyze the performance of our digital marketing efforts.
  • Operate and manage various digital platforms and tools such as Content Management System (CMS) and CRM.
  • Implement ecommerce strategies to drive online sales and enhance customer experience.
  • Maintain an up-to-date and accurate customer database.
  • Use Marketing Automation Platform to automate and streamline marketing tasks.
  • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on account activity.
  • Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field
  • Demonstrable skills in Content Management System (CMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Proficiency in using database technologies
  • Familiarity with Facebook Pixel, Campaign Monitor, Shopify Google Shopping, Google Analytics, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
  • Ability to create and manage marketing campaigns using platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ad Manager
  • Experience in email marketing strategies and tools
  • Proficiency in using Marketing Automation Platforms
  • Capable of increasing brand awareness through various digital marketing strategies
  • Knowledge and experience in using Google Shopping for e-commerce marketing
  • Proven track record in analyzing marketing data and making data-driven decisions
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
