- Be enthusiastic and have strong communication with customers, employees, and management
- Understand and implement dealership sales process
- Own every aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery)
- Present and demonstrate inventory
- Review, update and manage daily inventory reports
- Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer
- Stay on top of market trends, the RV industry and current dealership inventory
- Generate ideas to exceed sales goals
- To maximize earning potential, you must be willing to work weekends (Saturdays)
- Attend RV Shows and location events as needed
- Commitment to superior customer service
- Previous sales experience is not necessary, but relevant education and prior sales training are a PLUS.
- Valid Driver's License
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Ability to work independently as well as on a team
- Ability to use a variety of software applications, websites and email.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal skills
- Self motivated and able to work under minimal supervision
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to reach above shoulders and lift a minimum of 50 pounds
