About the position::

Velosio is looking for a Senior Consultant – Finance to be an integral member of the F+O Team.

The Senior Consultant – Finance will be highly proficient in Finance module implementation. Finance module includes GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash & Bank, and Credit collections. The role also needs the working knowledge of Project Operations and Project Management Accounting.

Your day might look like::

• Perform on-site and support consulting services for implementation projects in the areas of requirements gathering, data gathering for business process review, application and workflow design, project management, basic and intermediate configuration and testing, report development, end-user training and ongoing support services
• Meet productivity and efficiency standards (billable hours and realization rates)
• Contributes to the development of project plans and work task schedules
• Develop appropriate peer-level relationships with clients, interacting with the client project team regarding task status and representing the company via formal and informal client contact
• Participate in project quality assurance process as appropriate; accountable for following project standards, QA process, and Velosio project methodology
• Able to complete small client implementations independently, coordinating project plan and client communications
• Participate in strategic “path forward” discussions/meetings with clients as assigned
• Participate in user group meetings
• Configure, customize, and test ERP based on the customer requirements
• Develop and deliver end user and administrator training with excellence
• Plan and perform data migration into new systems
• Install third party applications and configure environments for use in development, testing, and production
• Write and maintain programming and project documentation based on provided specifications
• Provide end-user and system administrator training in on-site and remote formats
• Understand and use configuration/programming and documentation best practices
• Continuously improve knowledge through research and self-study

What you'll bring::

• Train Consultants and Associate Consultants
• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or information systems or equivalent
• Possess business consulting, project definition, estimating, sales and strategic and tactical planning skills for engagements
• Involved in at least 3+ Full implementation cycle in D365 Finance
• 5+ years consulting experience
• Highly proficient in Finance module implementation that includes GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash & Bank, and Credit collections.
• Need good working knowledge of Project Operations and Project Management Accounting.
• Possesses a professional presence suitable for direct client interaction by telephone or in-person
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Core product or technology certification or equivalent experience
