Schedule Notes:
- 1 year of Clinical Laboratory Technologist experience in Blood Bank
- Valid license to practice as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist issued by NYSED
- BLS preferred
- Shift Time: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM, alternating weekends
- Interviews will be conducted via Webex
- Potential for Temp-to-Permanent role
Duties:
- Perform laboratory tests and procedures in the Blood Bank department
- Ensure accuracy and precision of test results
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment
- Adhere to safety and infection control protocols
- Prepare and analyze blood samples for transfusion and diagnostic purposes
Skills: 1 year of experience as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist in a Blood Bank setting
Education:
- Valid license to practice as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist issued by NYSED, with Primary Source Verification required
- BLS certification preferred
Languages: English (Speak, Read, Write)
