Supply Chain Coordinator
As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will play a vital role in maintaining smooth operations and ensuring product availability while focusing on accurate records, cost control, and overall supply chain efficiency. Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with inventory software are essential to succeed in this role.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and ensure materials are available when needed.
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and improve supply chain processes.
- Develop and maintain detailed reports for management, providing insights into inventory trends, product consumption, and forecasting.
- Utilize inventory management software
- Work closely with the Buyer to ensure proper material consumption and order planning.
- Conduct forecasting to predict material needs and optimize inventory levels based on production schedules and demand.
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, working with other departments to address root causes.
- Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for inventory management, shipping, and receiving functions.
- Ensure compliance with all inventory-related processes and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field is a plus.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a supply chain role within a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience using inventory management software
- Strong background in data analysis and forecasting methods.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary.

Pay Details: $27.00 to $30.00 per hour
