The ideal candidate will bring extensive knowledge of accounting principles, attention to detail, and a proven ability to manage complex financial tasks efficiently.

Duties will include:

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Oversee general ledger activities, balance sheet reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Participate in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, analyzing variances and providing actionable insights for management.
• Lead and support month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring adherence to tight deadlines.
• Assist with internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and supporting audit procedures.
• Ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or senior role.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software such as [e.g., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks] and Microsoft Excel. Advanced knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
• Solid understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and audit requirements. Experience in tax compliance and/or SEC reporting is a plus.
