EPC Project Manager
Large utility is looking for a EPC Project Manager in Jackson, MI (Hybrid schedule). The EPC Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of small-to-medium-sized gas infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet scope, cost, schedule, and quality objectives while collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing risks.

salary: $35 - 45 per hour
work hours: 8am to 5pm

responsibilities:
- Plan and manage small-to-medium-sized projects of moderate-to-high complexity.
- Ensure project results contribute positively to business value.
- Meet agreed-upon scope, cost, schedule, and quality objectives.
- Identify initial risks, issues, and constraints impacting project execution.
- Work collaboratively with other functional areas to develop project tasks and deliverables.
- Ensure successful project execution by facilitating teamwork across departments.
- Manage multiple projects at various stages of development concurrently.
- Assume project communication lead role throughout the life cycle of the project.
- Perform presentations for leadership teams.

- Proven project management skills with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and execute projects successfully.

- Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, meeting facilitation, and negotiation.
- Ability to work effectively across departments to resolve issues and drive projects to closure.

Education and Experience:
- Engineering or business degree from an accredited college or university.
- 5 or more years of engineering/business experience with demonstrated capability to lead small to medium scale projects, simultaneously with multiple small scale projects
- Required within 3 years of starting the position.
