responsibilities:

• Plan and manage small-to-medium-sized projects of moderate-to-high complexity.
• Ensure project results contribute positively to business value.
• Meet agreed-upon scope, cost, schedule, and quality objectives.
• Identify initial risks, issues, and constraints impacting project execution.
• Work collaboratively with other functional areas to develop project tasks and deliverables.
• Ensure successful project execution by facilitating teamwork across departments.
• Manage multiple projects at various stages of development concurrently.
• Assume project communication lead role throughout the life cycle of the project.
• Perform presentations for leadership teams.

Skills:

• Proven project management skills with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and execute projects successfully.
• strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, meeting facilitation, and negotiation.
• Ability to work effectively across departments to resolve issues and drive projects to closure.
• strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve conflicts and drive results.

Education and Experience:

• Engineering or business degree from an accredited college or university.
• 5 or more years of engineering/business experience with demonstrated capability to lead small to medium scale projects, simultaneously with multiple small scale projects
• Required within 3 years of starting the position.
