We are seeking a Medical Assistant who is detail-oriented, personable, and passionate about patient care. This role will be a mix of front desk responsibilities, medical support, and patient follow-ups. If you thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Administrative Duties:
- Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, manage patient records, and handle inquiries.
- Process payments and handle basic administrative tasks.
Clinical & Medical Support:
- Assist with dispensing prescribed medications and supplements.
- Prepare and administer IV therapy under supervision.
- Assist with in-office procedures and ensure treatment rooms are stocked and sanitized.
Patient Care & Follow-Up:
- Conduct patient follow-ups via phone and email to ensure satisfaction and proper aftercare.
- Monitor and record patient progress, updating records as needed.
- Request and manage online reviews to build the spa’s reputation.
Qualifications:
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent experience required.
- Prior experience in a med spa, aesthetics, or wellness clinic preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to multitask.
- Comfortable with IV administration or willing to train.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) and scheduling software.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $18.50 per hour (based on experience).

Requirements- Proven working experience as a Medical Assistant or medical secretary
- Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
- Social perceptiveness and service oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software
- Degree in medical assistance
