We are seeking a Medical Assistant who is detail-oriented, personable, and passionate about patient care. This role will be a mix of front desk responsibilities, medical support, and patient follow-ups. If you thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Front Desk & Administrative Duties:

  • Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, manage patient records, and handle inquiries.
  • Process payments and handle basic administrative tasks.

Clinical & Medical Support:

  • Assist with dispensing prescribed medications and supplements.
  • Prepare and administer IV therapy under supervision.
  • Assist with in-office procedures and ensure treatment rooms are stocked and sanitized.

Patient Care & Follow-Up:

  • Conduct patient follow-ups via phone and email to ensure satisfaction and proper aftercare.
  • Monitor and record patient progress, updating records as needed.
  • Request and manage online reviews to build the spa’s reputation.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent experience required.
  • Prior experience in a med spa, aesthetics, or wellness clinic preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Comfortable with IV administration or willing to train.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) and scheduling software.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $18.50 per hour (based on experience).

Requirements
  • Proven working experience as a Medical Assistant or medical secretary
  • Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
  • Social perceptiveness and service oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software
  • Degree in medical assistance
