We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Sales Operations Specialist in Scottsdale, Arizona. In this role, you will play a crucial part in synchronizing sales forecasts with inventory levels and production schedules. Your primary focus will be to ensure smooth customer order flow, effective coordination between sales and operations teams, and maintain a high level of customer support.
Responsibilities- Efficiently and accurately process customer credit applications
- Maintain precise customer credit records
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Support teams to align sales forecasts with inventory and production capabilities
- Assist in developing precise sales forecasts and integrate them into the ERP for inventory and production adjustments
- Serve as a bridge between departments to resolve issues related to product availability, order fulfillment, or delivery
- Collect feedback on order delays, product availability, and service quality, working with teams to address recurring challenges
- Oversee the integration of sales data between CRM and ERP, ensuring seamless data flow
- Evaluate and refine sales, operations, and customer support workflows to identify bottlenecks and propose and implement solutions for greater efficiency
- Keep customers informed of order status, delivery timelines, and potential issues using ERP and CRM
- Provide regular updates to leadership on sales performance, inventory status, and customer satisfaction.
- Applicant must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a related role as a Sales Operations Specialist.
- Experience with PLEX ERP strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is essential.
- Experience in Data Processing is necessary.
- Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is required.
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM strongly preferred
- The candidate should possess strong auditing skills.
- Experience in Check Processing is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills are necessary for this role.
- Knowledge of compliance procedures and regulations is required.
- Experience with HubSpot software is advantageous.
- A proven track record in sales operations is essential.
