Staff Accountant

Robert Half is looking for a self-motivated accounting professional ready to step into a challenging and rewarding position with growing company in Southern In! As a Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for various accounting functions such as bank reconciliations, maintaining accounts payable and receivable, and assisting in financial auditing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Handle bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial data.
• Accurately execute accounting processes for accounts payable and receivable.
• Monitor, analyze and reconcile prepaid expenses and miscellaneous receivables.
• Assist in balance sheet reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
• Support financial auditing processes by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
• Contribute to the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Minimum of one year of experience in accounting or related field
• Proficiency in QuickBooks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
