Compensation & Incentives:
- Competitive Salary: $74,000 - $85,000 annually based on experience.
- Generous Bonuses: Earn between $6K - $18K a year, calculated monthly and paid quarterly.
- Retention Program: Receive up to $40K over 5 years in addition to your base salary.
- Sign-On Bonus or Relocation Assistance: Choose $10K for a sign-on bonus or up to $10K for relocation assistance if needed.

Qualifications:
- Required: Master’s or Doctorate level degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field.
- Required: Licensed professional as per state guidelines (if applicable).
- Required: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis per BACB guidelines
