Facilities Maintenance
Support and actively manage troubleshooting and preventive maintenance program to maximize equipment availability, minimize downtime hours, and optimize production. Duties are performed in a high-volume high-speed manufacturing environment where individuals are involved with overhauling equipment and the installation of new equipment.
Hours are Saturday and Sunday from 6:45am - 7:15pm and Monday and Tuesday from 6:45am - 3:15pm.

Responsibilities
Perform machine and systems troubleshooting and repair, assist engineering and plant staff with the installation and modification of integrated systems. Provide technical support where needed.- Perform basic and routine machine maintenance functions for production machinery to support operations.
- Perform preventive maintenance according to schedule to ensure equipment remains in peak operating condition. Perform corrective maintenance as required.
- Support PLC programming and software system diagnostics as well as vision and control systems.
- Install and modify integrated systems to improve upon current equipment performance.
- Interface with other departments to provide and obtain information necessary to complete assigned equipment maintenance, changeover, testing and return to operation.
- Maintain logs to document testing and operation of equipment. Maintain assigned equipment and work areas in a safe, clean and orderly fashion
