Description:
Markon’s partner company is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Systems Engineer to join our technology-based program supporting a key Government customer.
Responsibilities:
- ServiceNow systems and integrations with other software/hardware systems.
- Designing and developing solutions that leverage ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITBM, and Knowledge.
- Evaluating the existing systems and propose recommendations (including software development, integration and test).
- Communicating effectively with technical and managerial staff to answer questions relating to the developed requirements.
- Performing System Engineering as needed to maximize efficiencies.
Qualifications:
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical discipline.
- System Engineering experience with demonstrated ServiceNow implementation/integration experience.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM toolset and integrations.
- Design and develop product and service catalog solutions that take full advantage of the ServiceNow modules.
- Utilize the ServiceNow out-of-the-box automation and integration capabilities to develop division solutions.
Desired Skills:
- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator.
- Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist - ITSM
- Certified Application Developer
- Micro Certification/CAS - Performance Analytics
- MC Service Portal
Salary Range: USD $180,000.00 - USD $200,000.00 /Yr.
