Physical Therapist

Schedule: Mon-Fri, create your own schedule (No holidays, weekends, or on-call)

Qualifications:

• Required: Doctorate or Master's Degree in PT, CA PT license, 2 years of experience, CPR, Driver's License and reliable vehicle with insurance.
• Preferred: Community or Hospice experience, open to other backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services based on personalized care plans, focusing on seniors, post-surgical patients, stroke survivors, and individuals with cardiac conditions.
• Assess therapeutic needs and evaluate patients' physical capabilities, including muscle strength and mobility.
• Direct appropriate treatments to enhance patient comfort and functionality, and educate patients and families on therapeutic devices.
• Report changes in patient conditions to physicians, engage in interdisciplinary collaboration, and participate in discharge planning.
• Supervise PTAs/Hospice Aides and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Pay Details: $130,000.00 to $140,000.00 per year
