The role of the Financial Analyst is pivotal in steering the financial health and operational efficiency of the manufacturing unit. This esteemed position demands a strategic thinker, adept in the nuances of financial analysis, cost accounting, and financial systems management.

Responsibilities:

• Financial Analysis: Lead rigorous financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. This includes evaluating financial implications of operational strategies, conducting profitability analysis, and identifying areas for financial optimization.
• Cost Accounting: Implement and oversee a robust cost accounting framework. You will be responsible for tracking and analyzing manufacturing costs, providing insights on cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring accurate cost reporting.
• Financial Systems: Spearhead the development and optimization of financial systems. You will leverage technology to streamline financial processes, improve reporting accuracy, and enhance financial data visibility across the organization.

Requirements:
