Our client is a thriving general contracting company based in the Walnut Creek/Concord area. This is a collaborative onsite role, with flexibility to work one day remote. The company provides comprehensive compensation and benefits package, and more.
The Payroll Manager will be responsible for all facets of Payroll, including partnering with external payroll partners for the timely and accurate administration of payroll.
Responsibilities- Ensure employee payroll information is maintained and accurate; provides reports as needed.
- Update payroll records by entering any changes to employee information, such as job title changes, compensation changes, exemptions and saving deductions.
- Generate and processes weekly tax and garnishment payments.
- Generate and processes Quarterly and Annual Tax reporting.
- Oversee Union reporting and assist with Certified reporting.
- Other projects as directed by Payroll Director

Requirements
7+ years payroll experience , 2+ Union payroll; Certified payroll
Bachelor Degree
ADP, Supervisory experience needed
