Description:

CSPNJ, a mental health nonprofit agency, is looking for a full-time Quality Improvement Assistant. Under the direction of the Compliance Director, the Quality Improvement Assistant monitors the quality of services, ensuring compliance with regulations, and improving clinical outcomes.

They also provide training, and support, and maintain records of quality improvement scores.

HIGHLIGHTS
  • Implements and monitors quality management activities, including data analysis and program auditing, establishing key performance indicators, and reviews policies and procedures.
  • Completes internal audits/utilization review of clinical records to assure that all clinical documentation is completed correctly and timely by program staff across all clinical programs.
  • Provides feedback to staff regarding compliance with quality assurance standards as needed.

Full-time | 40 hours per week | Hourly Rate: $20.34

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or Psychology.
  • Computer skills required: Microsoft Office; Electronic Health Record system; DocuSign; Survey Monkey, and other software applications and mobile applications.
  • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels and in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with close attention to detail.
  • Proven organizational skills with strong ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communicative skills (oral and written).
  • Ability to make and maintain contacts and positive relationships with individuals who receive or have received mental health and/or substance abuse services.
  • Ability to work with individuals with mental illness in a caring and professional manner.
  • Valid NJ Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
  • Lived Experience: CSPNJ prioritizes hiring people who use their own life experience dealing with mental health/substance use issues to inspire and support others.
