• Fielding and directing calls through a multi-line phone system
• Delivering exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
• Accurately entering and updating data as required
• Managing email correspondence in a detail oriented and efficient manner
• Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word for various tasks
• Organizing files for easy retrieval and record-keeping
• Scheduling appointments in an organized and efficient manner
• Leveraging interpersonal skills to foster a welcoming and inclusive environment. • Must be proficient in answering a multi-line phone system.
• Exceptional customer service skills are required.
