Technical Analyst Microsoft Power Automate Uipath

A highly experienced senior Technical Analyst (TA) with extensive experience with Microsoft Power Automate and UiPath, a strong background in automation, and excellent analytical skills. The TA will work in USA Eastern business hours and collaborate with offshore teams in India to deliver automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with an offshore delivery team to design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate and UiPath.
Conduct thorough analysis to identify automation opportunities and propose effective solutions.
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions to ensure automation solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
Collaborate with offshore teams in India to ensure seamless integration and delivery of automation projects.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for automation solutions, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Document processes, workflows, and solutions to maintain a knowledge base for the team.

Stay current with industry trends and best practices in automation and analysis.

Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Analyst, with a focus on automation.

Proven experience with Microsoft Power Automate and UiPath.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both onshore and offshore teams.
Experience in facilitating requirements gathering sessions, user acceptance testing, and other analyst activities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
