Supply Chain Manager - Nashua

Overview:A dynamic manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize supply chain operations. This role involves strategic planning, procurement, logistics, and inventory management to support the delivery of high-quality products across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team, including the Material Manager, Stockroom staff, and Buyers/Planners.
- Oversee procurement of raw materials, sub-assemblies, and consumable materials.
- Supervise shipping and receiving operations to ensure efficiency.
- Develop and implement procurement and inventory strategies aligned with sales and operations goals.
- Build and diversify the supplier portfolio while managing cost savings initiatives.
- Create dashboards and data sets to enhance procurement, production planning, and inventory management.
- Facilitate monthly Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) processes.
- Support R&D, prototype, and new product development procurement needs.
- Resolve supplier invoicing and shipping issues in collaboration with accounting and receiving teams.
- Monitor and achieve inventory metrics, including accuracy, valuation, and turnover.
- Collaborate with other departments to establish strategic goals for the supply chain team.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of management experience in planning, production control, warehousing, and materials management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel and experience with MRP/ERP systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field; APICS certification is a plus.
Salary Range
$100,000-130,000
