Job Description- Develop and implement strategies to maximize the value of properties
- Negotiate with contractors, architects, property managers and other third parties.
- Monitor property market trends and provide insightful reports
- Coordinate with property managers to ensure efficient operations
- Maintain strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders
- Manage risk by ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and variance analysis for properties
- Review and negotiate contracts and service agreements
- Work closely with the executive team on strategic initiatives

The Successful Applicant
A successful Asset Manager should have:
- Retail (ideally big box) and commercial experience is ESSENTIAL.
- Experience on the residential side is a bonus bot not essential.
- Yardi software experience is essential.
- Hands on experience, driving projects from pre-development through construction and lease up.
- Leasing experience.
- Strong negotiation skills, someone who can drive the construction as well as profitability of projects and sites.
- A solid understanding of financial reports and budgeting
- Strong negotiation skills with an eye for detail
- Adept at building and maintaining relationships
- Excellent strategic thinking abilities
- Strong knowledge of property market trends
- Proficiency in risk management and regulatory compliance
- Commutable to Manhattan, daily.
- Property Management and good Leasing skills.
- An estimated salary range of up $220k +, high bonus potential
