Position Overview:

The HR Manager/Head of HR for Personnel Administration will provide leadership and support in the execution of HR initiatives and operations. This role is pivotal in driving the HR strategy, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

The Human Resources Administration Manager will provide leadership and support in the execution of HR initiatives and operations.

This role is pivotal in driving the HR strategy, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Planning:

  • Collaborate with the HR Operations leader and the HR teams to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's goals.
  • Assist in the formulation of HR policies and procedures.

Employee Relations:

  • Act as a liaison between HR and other departments to address employee concerns.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture and improve employee engagement.

HR Project Management:

  • Lead and manage key HR projects, such as the implementation of new HR technologies and training programs. HRIS, Training, etc.
  • Ensure timely and effective project execution.

Operational Efficiency:

  • Streamline HR processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Oversee payroll, benefits administration and on-boarding processes/procedures.

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Identify and manage HR-related risks.

Data and Analytics:

  • Utilize HR data to provide insights and support decision-making.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for the executive team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in HR Management or a similar role.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HR software and data analysis tools.
  • German language and/or international experience is a plus (but not required)
