Job Description- Act as the primary HR liaison for assigned facilities, providing expert guidance on HR matters.
- Collaborate closely with managers to align HR practices with operational goals and address workforce needs effectively.
- Implement and administer HR policies and procedures across all locations.
- Support HR functions including onboarding, offboarding, leave management, workers' compensation, and employee relations.
- Partner with managers to address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and foster a culture of open communication.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
- Conduct new hire orientations and facilitate training programs for employees at all levels.
- Collaborate with recruiting teams to source, select, and onboard top talent.
- Administer employee benefits, payroll processes, and other HR-related systems.
- Monitor HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve organizational performance.
- Partner with HR leadership to conduct investigations, resolve issues, and implement employee engagement strategies.
- Facilitate diversity and inclusion initiatives, ensuring all employees feel valued and respected.

The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Manager should have:
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in food manufacturing/production or a startup environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing HR functions across multiple facilities.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, compliance, and performance management.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred.
- A competitive salary in the range of $85,000 - 95,000
