• Answering multi-line phone system promptly and professionally
• Providing exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
• Entering data accurately into the company database
• Managing and organizing files in a systematic manner
• Scheduling appointments and meetings as per team requirements
• Handling email correspondence promptly and professionally
• Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word for various administrative tasks
• Maintaining a detail oriented and welcoming reception area
• Demonstrating strong interpersonal skills in all interactions
• Ensuring all information and records are up-to-date and accessible
• Proficient in answering multi-line phone systems
• Excellent customer service skills
