We are seeking a bilingual Korean Call Center Specialist in the Financial Services industry located in Gardena, California. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer queries, managing customer accounts, and maintaining an efficient customer service system.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process customer credit applications

  • Use About Time software for effective time management.
  • MUST BE BILINGUAL IN KOREAN AND ENGLISH
