ResponsibilitiesRespond to incoming calls from debtors
Conduct debtor trace and locate efforts using advanced search engines
Establish and document payment arrangements with debtors
Identify and escalate priority issues
RequirementsMust have 5 (plus) years of commercial collection experience
Must know federal/ state laws and regulations (i.e, FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA, ect.)
,Strong organizational skills
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on phone etiquette
Critical thinking abilities
Proficiency in computer skills
Collectors license, with the ability to be licensed across the country
Ability to meet and exceed recovery targets as set out by the company
Must have a landline set up by first day of employment
