PCB Quality Inspector - ref. d74200803
We are looking to hire a PCB Quality Inspector in the Hauppauge area. You must have experience with PCB boards to be considered for this role. Responsibilities
Inspection:
- Conduct thorough inspections of materials, assemblies, in-process items, and finished products according to predefined standards and specifications.
- Utilize measuring instruments to verify product dimensions
- Perform visual inspections to identify any defects or deviations from quality standards.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of inspections and quality control activities.
- Prepare detailed non-conformance reports to be submitted to the Quality Manager.
- Communicate inspection results to relevant departments and provide recommendations for improvements.
Quality Control:
- Monitor and enforce adherence to quality standards and procedures throughout the production and incoming material processes.
- Collaborate with the Quality Manager, production and engineering teams to address quality issues.
- Participate in the development and review of quality control procedures and standards.
Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
- Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on the latest quality control techniques and standards.
