NOW HIRING: Customer Service Representative – Franklin, TN (Onsite)

Are you passionate about helping others and looking for a rewarding career in the auto insurance industry? We’re seeking a bi-lingual (Spanish/English fluent) Customer Service Representative to provide excellent service and support to our customers in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What We Offer:

• Pay: $16/hr (Spanish/English-fluent) or $15/hr (English-only)
• Full-time, temp-to-hire position with growth opportunities
• Paid training (3-4 weeks)

Location: Franklin, TN (Onsite) Target Start Date: March 10, 2025 Schedule:

• Training: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• After Training: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Your Responsibilities:

• Handle 80+ inbound calls per shift about auto insurance
• Transfer calls with warm introductions
• Meet call center performance goals
• Use multiple computer applications to assist customers

education: High School

• Handle 80+ inbound calls per shift related to auto insurance inquiries
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns efficiently
• Transfer calls when necessary with warm introductions to internal departments
• Work within key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call handling time, hold time, and total calls received
• Navigate and work within multiple computer applications simultaneously (up to 4-5 at a time)
• Accurately document customer interactions and update records as needed
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with customers at all times
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for customer interactions and data security
• Troubleshoot basic customer issues related to policies, claims, and billing
• Assist customers with policy information, payments, and coverage details
