Job Type: Full TimeWork Hours: Monday-Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, plus benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Offering resources and referrals to support patient care.
- Applying clinical skills and evidence-based practices to deliver quality care.
- Managing mandatory reporting processes with professionalism.
- Collaborating with peers to foster a supportive and adaptive workplace culture.
- Conducting assessments and tailoring treatment plans for individual client needs.
- Documenting client progress and treatment plans accurately and on time.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field.
- Current LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT license in California.
- At least 2 years of outpatient experience.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with a diverse client population.
