We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional with a keen eye for accuracy and a passion for numbers.If you have at least one year of accounts payable experience and are proficient in Excel, you could be the perfect fit for our team.
Accounts Payable Responsibilities- Run bi-weekly Excel reports and verify the data
- Sort and distribute vendor invoices electronically using our document imaging software
- Enter vendor invoices into our accounting software
- Verify banking info with vendors
- Complete vendor credit apps
- 1+ years of accounts payable experience – understanding of basic accounting principles
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Speed and accuracy for data entry – excellent 10-key skills
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- $23 - $25/hour depending on experience
- Day-1 coverage for Medical, Dental & Vision
