Production Operator Location: 301 Pigeon Point Rd, New Castle, DE 19720 Pay: $20 per hour Job Description: We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Operator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for filling 55 lbs of raw material and transferring it to a pallet for palletizing. This position requires attention to detail, physical endurance, and the ability to follow safety protocols in a dynamic production environment.

Training will be provided, including MSHA training during the first three days. Please be aware that the warehouse environment is cold in the winter and hot in the summer. Key Responsibilities: Fill 55 lbs of raw material and transfer it to a pallet for palletizing Follow all safety protocols and operating procedures Operate equipment safely and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized work area Attend mandatory MSHA training Adhere to production schedules and meet team goals Requirements: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen Must be flexible and able to work both first and second shifts No facial hair is allowed due to N95 mask requirements Must wear steel-toed boots at all times Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is required Must be able to work Saturdays (mandatory) and overtime (available for qualified employees) Physical Demands: Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 55 lbs Must be able to stand for extended periods, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive tasks Will work in both cold and hot warehouse environments Benefits: Competitive pay ($20 per hour) Overtime available for qualified employees MSHA training provided We are looking to hire immediately and welcome applicants who are ready to contribute to a successful production team.
