CARTEAV is the worlds first company to create low speed autonomous transportation service at managed customer sites like, hotel resorts, gated communities, parks, golf courses. You will remotely manage the maintenance of the transportation service of customer sites. You will reach the customer sites and give support, including: Problems troubleshooting

Mechanical parts replacement
Hardware units and wires replacement
Software update
Configurations

Vehicles sensors calibration

You will reach new customer sites for: Survey

Installation
Mapping
Site approval tests
  1. Requirements:

Education requirement - Hi-school diploma

Soft skill requirements: Attention to details

Willingness to work hard and at nights and on weekends
Ability to prioritize tasks
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Being a team player
Problem-solving ability
Time management skills
Ability to follow instructions precisely
Work under pressure
High serviceability capabilities
Hard skill requirements:

Basic knowledge: Computer hardware

Linux OS
Google applications including Docs, Sheets and Slides
Wired and wireless communication
DC electric circuit
Electric vehicle
GNSS and geodetic vocabulary
Deep understanding of how equipment, machines, hardware, software and systems operate
Ability to read and understand technical manuals
Ability to use power and hand tools

Ability to manage maintenance at sites, organize maintenance data and display KPIs statistics
