The starting pay range for this position is $17.81 - $23.39 per hour
**This position offers a Trainee Status at a pay rate of $17.19 per hour; candidate must meet the minimum qualifications within one (1) year of hire date**
Earn up to a $5000 Winter Maintenance Incentive
Half paid at the beginning of the November 2024 winter plowing season and the remainder paid at the end of the season March 2025
