We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Greensboro, North Carolina. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including managing inbound calls, providing customer service, data entry, and email correspondence.
Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound calls and providing prompt and detail oriented assistance.
- Offering high-quality customer service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Performing data entry tasks to maintain and update customer records.
- Handling email correspondence professionally and in a timely manner.
- Scheduling appointments and meetings as required.
- Proficiently using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Managing both inbound and outbound calls effectively.
- Ensuring all office administrative functions are processed effectively and efficiently.
- Maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Assisting with other administrative duties as needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word
- Experience in data entry and maintenance of databases
- Excellent customer service skills and experience in handling inbound and outbound calls
- Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively
- Experience in handling email correspondence and drafting detail oriented emails
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Experience in a staffing and recruitment industry is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of professionalism and ability to deal with confidential information.
