We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Office Assistant in WASHINGTON, District of Columbia. The Office Assistant will be an integral part of our team, ensuring the smooth running of our office by performing a variety of tasks such as maintaining office cleanliness, organizing display samples, and providing a warm welcome to visitors.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the office and kitchen areas are clean and well-maintained
  • Arrange and categorize showroom samples efficiently
  • Provide a friendly greeting and assistance to visitors
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment around the office
  • Manage the filing of showroom samples of various sizes
  • Collect packages from the mailroom in a timely manner
  • Prepare and set up refreshments for scheduled meetings
  • Leverage skills in Accounting Software Systems and ADP - Financial Services to perform necessary tasks
  • Utilize knowledge of Computer Programs and CRM for efficient office operations
  • Handle Clerical Duties and Communication with proficiency, including Answering Inbound Calls and managing Billing Functions. • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required.
  • Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is essential.
  • Experience in creating Banner Ads is desirable.
  • Ability to use various Computer Programs efficiently is necessary.
  • Knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in using About Time software is a plus.
  • Experience in Answering Inbound Calls in a detail oriented manner is required.
  • Ability to perform Billing Functions accurately and efficiently.
  • Experience in performing Clerical Duties in an office setting.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
