Job Summary:
We are seeking an innovative and results-driven E-Commerce Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize our online sales channels, oversee digital marketing efforts, and enhance the customer experience across our e-commerce platforms.This role also requires expertise in social media strategy to drive traffic, increase engagement, and support revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- E-Commerce Management:
- Manage and optimize the company’s e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, etc.) to achieve sales goals.
- Monitor website performance, including user experience, conversion rates, and SEO optimization.
- Oversee product listings, pricing, and inventory management to ensure accurate and timely updates.
- Analyze sales data and customer behavior to make informed decisions and drive growth.
- Social Media Strategy and Management:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to e-commerce platforms.
- Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest).
- Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize campaigns and boost performance.
- Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance social media reach and engagement.
- Digital Marketing:
- Plan and execute paid ad campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and retargeting campaigns.
- Manage email marketing campaigns to engage and retain customers.
- Utilize data analytics tools to track campaign performance and ROI.
- Implement strategies to improve organic traffic and search rankings through SEO and content marketing.
- Customer Engagement and Support:
- Monitor customer inquiries and reviews across platforms, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve issues and gather feedback.
- Implement loyalty programs or campaigns to increase customer retention.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce management and digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and web analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Creative mindset with an ability to think outside the box and adapt to changing trends.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Suite)
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or other web development tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms.
