Job Summary:

We are seeking an innovative and results-driven E-Commerce Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize our online sales channels, oversee digital marketing efforts, and enhance the customer experience across our e-commerce platforms.

This role also requires expertise in social media strategy to drive traffic, increase engagement, and support revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • E-Commerce Management:
  • Manage and optimize the company’s e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, etc.) to achieve sales goals.
  • Monitor website performance, including user experience, conversion rates, and SEO optimization.
  • Oversee product listings, pricing, and inventory management to ensure accurate and timely updates.
  • Analyze sales data and customer behavior to make informed decisions and drive growth.
  • Social Media Strategy and Management:
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to e-commerce platforms.
  • Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest).
  • Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize campaigns and boost performance.
  • Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance social media reach and engagement.
  • Digital Marketing:
  • Plan and execute paid ad campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and retargeting campaigns.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns to engage and retain customers.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to track campaign performance and ROI.
  • Implement strategies to improve organic traffic and search rankings through SEO and content marketing.
  • Customer Engagement and Support:
  • Monitor customer inquiries and reviews across platforms, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve issues and gather feedback.
  • Implement loyalty programs or campaigns to increase customer retention.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce management and digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
  • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and web analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Creative mindset with an ability to think outside the box and adapt to changing trends.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Suite)
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or other web development tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms.
