Customer Service Representative - Newark

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer orders efficiently and ensure accurate processing.
• Coordinate shipping efforts and maintain a close watch on inventory levels.
• Keep track of the status of orders and maintain necessary records.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer-related issues.
• Maintain a detail-oriented approach in all customer interactions.
• Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills with customers.
• Handle large kitchen equipment orders, primarily for detail-oriented kitchens and restaurants. • Proven experience in a customer service role
• Demonstrable ability to resolve customer service issues effectively
• Proficiency in order entry systems and processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset
• High level of patience when dealing with customer complaints and queries
• Good understanding of customer service practices and principles
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Flexibility to work in different shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Proficient in using office productivity tools and customer service software
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree in a related field would be an advantage.
